Delivery

Free shipping in the Continental U.S. by UPS ground conveniently provides you with a tracking number. Orders usually leave our warehouse within 2 days of payment verification. 3-Day Select, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air are options. Smaller items may be shipped by U.S.Postal Service.

We have a $30.00 shipping up charge for Alaska and Hawaii due to increased shipping costs

We are able to ship 3-Day UPS for an additional charge

Returns

If an undamaged item is to be returned to us we must receive notification within 5 days of delivery of item. You will be issued an authorization number. Item must be in sellable condition with all parts, original packing material, and box. It should be repackaged in a shippable carton and properly sealed. Credit (less shipping) with our company will be issued. No refunds allowed. Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Damages & Defects

All merchandise is personally inspected by our staff before shipping. If you do receive a damaged or defective item it must be reported to us within 5 days of receipt of item. (Be sure to inspect your item as soon as received.) We will issue a UPS Call Tag for pickup and return. The item must be returned with original packaging and box then placed in separate shipping box. It will be replaced with a like item at our expense. If a like item is not available you may choose another item or receive a credit.
